All of our Wilmington Cape Fear Rose Society monthly meetings are held on Saturday mornings at 10:00 am in the Auditorium at the New Hanover County Cooperative Extension and Arboretum, 6206 Oleander Drive
(unless otherwise noted).

February 19	*Pruning and Planting Bare Root Roses (Demo)* - Richard Donovan
March 12	*Growing Roses 101: The Basics* - Ken Schmidt, President of E. North Carolina Rose Society. The Public is invited to attend.
April 16	*Arranging Roses in the Home* - Sue Illg
May 7	Home Garden Tour - Members Gardens to be visited will include: Mike Caulder, Denise Miller, Bob & Linda Knerr, Mercedes Noakes, Chris Wilkinson, Rob McElroy, and Rick Davis. The Public is invited to participate in the tour. Click Here For More Information
June 18	*Major Rose Pests (fungal/insect) and their Control -* Ken Wells, Extension Agent, NC Cooperative Extension
July	*No meeting scheduled.*
August 20	*WCFRS Picnic Members*
September 10	*Preparing Roses for Exhibition (TBA)* Note: This will also be date of annual fertilizer sale.
October 15	*Exhibition and Evaluation* Members (The Public is invited to attend). Members will bring roses to meeting for show and evaluation by Society Rosarians (Richard Donovan, Linda and Bob Knerr).
November 19	*Winter Care of Roses and Rose Swap and Auction* - Linda Knerr Members may bring in roses for swap or auction and there is a possibility that other roses may be available from outside commercial sources.
December 17	**Christmas Party and Election of Officers - Members**
