Cancellation Policy: Registration Fees less 30% will be refunded if your request is received by 1/08/2010. No refunds after that date. Your Holiday Inn Reservations must be made separately by guests directly with the hotel by calling 336-757-9595. Mention Carolina District Rose Convention when calling for special rates. After the cutoff date (01/08/2010), guests will be accommodated on a SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS ONLY. A credit card or deposit of one night’s stay is required.
