Cancellation Policy: Registration Fees less 30%
will be refunded if requests is received by 1/15/09. No refunds after
that date.
Your Holiday Inn Sunspree Reservations
must be made separately by guests directly with the hotel by calling
877.330.5050. Mention Carolina District Rose Convention when calling for
special rates. After the cutoff date, guests will be accommodated on a SPACE
AVAILABLE BASIS ONLY. A credit card or deposit of one night’s
stay is required. A 72 hour cancellation policy applies on individual
guest room reservations. Rates are as follows:
Oceanfront $109.00 per night
Standard $99.00 per night
Conference rate will be extended 2 days post and 2
days prior contracted date.
